Cancellation Policy

During non holiday periods cancellations must be made 7 days prior to date of check in to avoid a one night charge.

During holiday periods cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the date of check in to avoid a one night charge. Holiday dates include: MLK Day, President's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day , Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's

We do not offer refunds for problems beyond our control such as weather (rain, snow, hail etc.) fire, road conditions, Lassen National Park road closures, power outages, or any other unavoidable occurrences.
