All our cabins are non-smoking, and we reserve the right to charge a fee if smoking occurs inside.
Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
Loud music and generators are discouraged.
Please do not leave trash outside of your cabin, near your RV or campsite. We offer a dumpster in the front parking lot of our resort.
We do NOT accept early check ins
Check in can occur any time after 4 PM for cabins accommodations & check out is no later than 11 AM
Check in for campsites, vintage trailers or RV sites must be between 2 PM- 9 PM and check out is no later than noon
 

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome inside our cabins, but PLEASE keep them off of the furniture. Please let us know if you plan to bring your pet. $25 per night extra fees will be charged. Two pets max per cabin.

Extra fees will apply for any damages caused. Please keep your furry friends on leash and pick up after them at all times while on the property.

Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds, transfers of stays or exceptions for reasons out of our control such as:

• Weather, including smoke

• Fire related events

• Power outages

• Lassen National Park closures

• Road conditions or closures

• Unforeseen occurrences

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your reservation as we do not offer refunds or credits for future stays. Please be advised you are coming to an extreme environment where weather, fire and unpredictable events do occur.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
During holiday periods 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days for holiday periods or 7 days of check-in.
