You’ve come to the right place; Mill Creek Resort is the perfect wedding venue for those brides and grooms who never wanted to leave summer camp as kids. You and your guests will enjoy staying in our cute vintage cabins, retro camp trailers, and canvas glamping tents. Or, camp in our pocket-sized RV park or the tent-only 18-site wooded campground.
And we’re honored to be a part of your love story. We’ll do our best to make sure your day is filled with nothing but joyous celebration and magical memories. Our resort is LGBTQ+ friendly and we welcome ALL couples to celebrate their love at Mill Creek Resort.

Ensure you and your guests stay in the moment at our (mostly) off-the-grid resort. Cell service is spotty at best, and the wi-fi is non-existent. You’ll be able to look around and see the smiling faces of your guests, not the tops of their heads. Don’t worry, though— as the bride or groom, you’ll have access to our landline and personal hotspot to keep in contact with the outside world if needed.
For getting ready, the wedding party will use their rental cabin or the studio in the lodge. Each cabin is heated and has power, private bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully stocked kitchen. Special arrangements can be made for wedding parties that aren’t renting cabins.
Time for the toasts!
Quickly flip your ceremony site to the reception space to continue the celebration. We provide power to the meadow and deck for your microphone, music, and lighting needs. Please see our Policies page concerning rules about amplified music, alcohol consumption, and other limitations.
Find adventure!
Your guests will have plenty to do in their free time between festivities. We’re located just 15 minutes from the Southwest entrance of Lassen Volcanic National Park and 35 minutes from Lake Almanor. They’ll enjoy exploring our 12 wooded acres as well as the surrounding communities of Mill Creek and Mineral. The kiddos (and their parents) will appreciate the playground near the meadow, and we welcome four-legged, furry friends too!
